Dominion Consulting is a minority owned Organizational
Management and Business Services Consulting Company. We
provide innovative and cost effective business services to a
broad range of clients. We assist in the improvement of
productivity through the implementation of sound business
practices tailored to our client's needs. In today's economic

Dominion Consulting, which is headquartered in Houston, Texas,
was founded in July 2003 by Jacquetta Yvonne Smith, MAOM who
is the Principle Director. Jacquetta combined twenty years of
practical, technical, and organizational development experience,
along with her education and experience in business
management to develop Dominion Consulting.
Jacquetta received her Bachelors Degree in Public Administration
from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. She received her
Master Degree in Organizational Management from the University
of Phoenix, Houston Campus.
